Our offer
The Restaurant Manager is responsible for the smooth running of the service at Trattoria Filomena. They coordinate the front-of-house team and ensure a quality experience in line with the establishment's standards. They guarantee a seamless, personalised and efficient service while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers with professionalism and guide them throughout their experience
- Organise, coordinate and supervise the dining room service (lunch, all day and evening)
- Allocate tasks among the team members and ensure the smooth running of the service
- Ensure the quality of the welcome, service and table presentation
- Advise customers on menus, drinks, food and wine pairings, and the establishment's offers
- Ensure smooth communication with other departments
- Train, mentor and motivate front of house staff
- Contribute to revenue growth by encouraging upselling and promoting all hotel services.
Hours 11:00-22:30 / 15:00-22:30 / 10:00-15:00 - 17:30-23:00
38-50 hours a week
Automatic work on Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays (on a rotational basis)
Salary: Variable from €3,000 net (excluding overtime)

Your profile
- Proven experience as Assistant Head Waiter / Head Waiter or F&B Manager (1 year required)
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills
- Organisation skills, leadership and ability to manage a team
- Excellent presentation, customer service skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a high standard of quality
- Good proficiency in IT tools (till system, email management, various reports, etc.)
- Very good command of French and English; knowledge of Dutch and/or German is a major advantage
- Financial literacy, cost management, team goal coaching: active contribution to turnover
