Geoffrey Demez – Master’s degree in Motor Sciences and Physiotherapy (ULg), D.O. in Osteopathy (Sutherland). 20 years« private practice, 12 years» teaching, 10 years’ swimming coaching and 12 years’ medical support at the highest level (swimming, football, boxing, tennis, motor racing). He heads the ‘health activities’ team and, during consultations, offers gentle osteopathic treatments to relieve tension, improve mobility and enhance well-being.

Claire Thielen – Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and Dietetics (HE Vinci), specialising in sports nutrition (UCL), with a certification in nutritional therapy due in 2026. Three years’ experience in health and wellness retail (supplements, herbal remedies, micronutrition) and four years’ experience in nutritional support (restoring balance, weight loss, diabetes, etc.). She explains the principles of fasting, oversees the Buchinger protocol, leads nutrition workshops and organises pre-stay preparation as well as post-stay follow-up.

Dr Aurélie Delicata – General practitioner (ULg) with an inter-university diploma in medical nutrition. Passionate about preventive and therapeutic nutrition, she combines medical rigour with personalised care. She conducts the initial consultation, assesses each person’s suitability and, where necessary, provides reassuring medical support throughout their stay.

Sean Marique – Master’s degree in Physiotherapy (HEPL). With over 10 years’ experience, he is passionate about sport and trail running. He provides comfort treatments (massages, gentle mobilisation techniques, postural advice) and leads walks and morning exercise sessions to promote mobility, vitality and recovery.

Tom Willems – Master’s degree in Physiotherapy (ULg) and D.O. (International Academy of Osteopathy). Physiotherapist and osteopath at Move Concept SRL since 2020; an active sports enthusiast with a keen interest in the latest developments in biomechanics. He contributes to osteopathic sessions.

Lauranne Dejong – Naturopath (European Institute of Natural Medicine). She works as a naturopath and aromatherapist in an organic shop. She introduces people to essential oils (their benefits, precautions and uses) and runs sensory workshops to help incorporate aromatherapy into everyday life.

Zandona Vincent & colleague (equi-coaching) – Lecturer in Management & Economics at HELMo-Liège, with 25 years’ managerial experience (Arcelor, Aspel, Heraeus Electro-Nite). Coach and consultant since 2010, specialising in management, business administration and sales. He runs a personal development workshop using equi-coaching.

Mary Vandermeulen – Master’s degree in Motor Sciences (ULg). A career combining theory and practice: university assistant, higher education lecturer, athletics coach and group exercise instructor (gentle gym, postural gym). She leads physical activities tailored to fasting (Pilates, mobility, gentle strength training) in a safe and supportive environment.
