• Big Italian brunch on 01/01 from 8am – 12pm
• Italian musical entertainment during the meal and dance from midnight onwards

New Year’s menu :

• Tuna carpaccio on potato cream, capers and salmon caviar
• Scampi rolls and basil in brick paste, spinach sauce with moscato di trani
• Linguine with garlic, oil, chili, scallops and fern
• Red deer fillet with amarone, brussels sprouts
• Grandma’s cake with ricotta and pears, chocolate sauce
• Cup of Prosecco at midnight

Price per child :

• From 0 to 3 years : 39 € / child (cot or extra bed included), children’s meals on request
• From 4 to 12 years : 79 € / child (extra bed included), 2 services menu including soft package
• From 13 to 17 years: 159 € / child (extra bed included), the 5-service menu of the Italian Gala menu including soft package, wines, coffee
