- Preamble
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all sales made via the Domaine des Hautes Fagnes website. - Orders
Any order placed on the website implies acceptance of these conditions. The Domaine reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute. - Prices and payment
Prices are quoted in euros and include current Belgian VAT. Payment is due when the order is placed. - Delivery
Delivery is made to the address indicated by the customer when placing the order. The Domaine cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery beyond its control. - Returns and refunds
Customers have 14 days in which to return a product that does not conform or that they no longer wish to receive. The return costs are at the customer’s expense. - Liability
Le Domaine is only responsible for the content of the site and the sale of products. It is not liable for any other disputes. - Force majeure
Le Domaine cannot be held responsible in the event of force majeure (strikes, natural disasters, etc.). - Personal data
Customer data is processed in accordance with the regulations in force in Belgium. - Applicable law and disputes
These GCS are governed by Belgian law. Any disputes will be referred to the Belgian courts.
