1. What are the opening hours for the wellness centre?
Access to the wellness centre is usually included in stays from 12 noon to 8 pm on the day of arrival and from 9 am to 12 noon on the day of departure.
À la carte treatments give you access to the wellness centre from 9.00 am to 6.00 pm if you spend a certain amount on treatments.
For precise opening hours (pool, saunas, etc.), it is advisable to check when booking or upon arrival.
2. Do massages and treatments need to be booked in advance?
Yes. Treatments and massages must be booked in advance, particularly during busy periods. The spa offers a range of treatments including massages, facials, body treatments and more.
3. Is it possible to add a cot in the room?
Absolutely, the supplement is €15 per night.
4. What time can we check into the rooms?
From 3 PM, you can check in and access your room. However, if you wish to arrive earlier, we offer an early check-in for an additional charge of €50, allowing you to access your room from 1 PM. This way, you can make the most of your stay from the moment you arrive.
5. What time should the rooms be vacated?
Check-out is at 11:00 AM. However, if you wish to extend your stay, we offer a late check-out for an additional fee of €50, allowing you to remain in your room until 1:00 PM. This way, you can fully enjoy your stay until the very last moment.

Yes, a fee of €3 per stay is requested for the parking of each vehicle.
