Geoffrey Demez – Master in Motor Science and Physiotherapy (ULg), D.O. in Osteopathy (Sutherland). 20 years of practice in private practice, 12 years of teaching, 10 years of swimming coaching, and 12 years of high-level medical support (swimming, football, boxing, tennis, motorsport). He leads the «Health Activities» team and, in consultation, offers gentle osteopathic treatments to release tension, improve mobility, and enhance well-being.

Claire Thielen – Bachelor's degree in Nutrition and Dietetics (HE Vinci), specialising in Sports Nutrition (UCL), with a qualification in nutritherapy planned for 2026. 3 years in a pharmacy (supplements, phytotherapy, micronutrition) and 4 years of nutritional guidance (dietary rebalancing, weight loss, diabetes...). She presents the principles of fasting, oversees the Buchinger protocol, leads nutrition workshops, and organises pre-stay preparation and post-stay follow-up.

Dr Aurélie Delicata GP (University of Liège) with an inter-university diploma in medical nutrition. Passionate about preventative and therapeutic nutrition, she combines medical rigour with personalised support. She carries out the initial consultation, ensures everyone is fit throughout their stay and provides, if necessary, reassuring medical monitoring.

Sean Marique – Master in Physiotherapy (HEPL). Over 10 years of practice, passionate about sport and trail running. He provides comfort care (massages, gentle mobilisations, postural advice) and leads walks and morning awakenings to promote mobility, vitality, and recovery.

Tom Willems – Master in Physiotherapy (ULg) and internationally recognised Osteopath (International Academy of Osteopathy). Physiotherapist-osteopath at Move Concept SRL since 2020, keen sportsman interested in the latest biomechanical knowledge. He is involved in osteopathy sessions.

Lauranne Dejong – Naturopath (European Institute of Natural Medicine). Works as a naturopath and aromatherapist in an organic shop. She introduces essential oils (benefits, precautions, uses) and runs sensory workshops to integrate aromatherapy into daily life.

Zandona Vincent & Associates (equine coaching) – Lecturer in Management & Economics at HELMo-Liège, 25 years’ managerial experience (Arcelor, Aspel, Heraeus Electro-Nite). Coach-consultant since 2010, specialising in management, business management, and sales. He runs a personal development workshop using equine coaching.

Mary Vandermeulen – Master of Motor Sciences (University of Liège). A path combining theory and practice: university assistant, lecturer in higher education, athletics coach and group class instructor (gentle gym, postural gym). She leads physical activities adapted for fasting (Pilates, mobility, gentle strength training) in a safe and supportive environment.
