Yes, it's possible! Our wellness centre is accessible to all, with or without accommodation.

Monday to Friday:

The À la carte care are available without minimum amount.
From €139 per person, the’Access to wellness The 9.00 am to 6.00 pm, Bathroom set included (robe de chambre, towel, slippers), is offer.
Below this amount, Wellness access is offered at a rate of €50 per person.

Wellness access without care is not available these days.
We recommend you book one of our Wellness formulas or to create your own bespoke day (minimum €139 of treatments per person).
These periods being more in demand, reservations are subject to availability. Thank you for your understanding.

Children's access to wellness

Our wellness centre is open to all, including children, with or without an overnight stay.

L’Access for children under 16 is permitted every day from 5pm to 8pm, while respecting the peace and quiet sought by everyone.

- Babies free
- 3 to 13 years : 10 €
- From 13 years old : 30 €
Massage for Kids (3 to 13 years) – €49 / child
A moment of sweetness specifically designed for the little ones.
This 20-minute relaxing massage, focused on the back, offers them a moment of calm and well-being in complete safety.

Facial treatments

A Kobido Japanese facial treatment session is a relaxing and soothing experience that primarily focuses on the face, neck, and décolletage. It is carried out using fluid and precise movements, including gentle pressure, effleurage, kneading, tapping, and smoothing. The practitioner concentrates on different areas of the face, targeting specific muscles and acupuncture points. The Kobido also aims to stimulate the facial acupuncture meridians, based on traditional Chinese medicine, in order to promote energetic balance.

Body massages

Deep Tissue massage works on the different layers of muscles by acting on the tendons, ligaments, and fascia (the tissue that surrounds and runs through all the muscles in the body) in order to Relieve and loosen muscle tension This massage is intended to be slower and more targeted.

It is adapted according to each patient. Depending on the areas to be worked on, the practitioner can then use their fingers, hands, fists, elbows, and forearms. Please note that just because the massage is intended to be deep and intense does not mean it is painful!

🧘‍♀️ Comfort and relaxation at the wellness centre

For your experience at the centre Vita Natura To make your stay as pleasant as possible, we kindly ask you to observe the following guidelines:

Swimwear
Swimwear must be worn in all facilities (swimming shorts, one-piece or two-piece swimsuits are permitted). For hygiene reasons, full-body wetsuits are not permitted.
Wellness set (bathrobe, slippers, towel)
Essential for your comfort and necessary for moving around the hotel. This bag is included with your spa treatment or wellness day booking.
Resting spaces
Our sun loungers are available for everyone to use, on a shared basis. Please do not monopolise them and remove your personal belongings when you are away, so that everyone can fully enjoy them.
Dress code
Nudity is not permitted within the wellness centre, including in the saunas. Please keep your swimwear on at all times.
Trattoria Filomena
Accessible in your bathrobe between 11:30 am and 6:00 pm. For everyone's comfort, please keep your bathrobe closed and wear your slippers in this area.
Smoking area
An outdoor smoking area is located near the trattoria and the terrace. We invite you to limit your consumption there and to ensure the quiet and cleanliness of the place.
Courtesy & sharing of facilities
Thank you for freeing up the equipment (saunas, steam room, Nordic baths, Jacuzzi, etc.) after 15 minutes of use, so that all our visitors can enjoy them in turn.
Silence and serenity
The Vita Natura centre is a place of calm. Please whisper in the wellness areas to maintain the peace and quiet for everyone.
