Our chef Marco, originally from Tuscany, brings with him the recipes of his nonna and a know-how passed down from generation to generation. Its culinary philosophy is based on three fundamental pillars:
- The impeccable quality of the products, with ingredients imported directly from Italy (olive oil, parmesan, Parma ham, etc.) or sourced locally when possible
