You have received a gift voucher, congratulations.
We ask you to carefully read our booking and operating conditions, in order to best organise your visit to our establishment.
If you have a good gift for enjoying access to the wellness centre and/or treatments:
Contact the wellness centre by telephone on 080/44 69 87 between 9 AM and 3 PM, or send an email with your dates and gift voucher number to wellness@dhf.be.
If you have a good gift to enjoy your hotel stay:
Contact the reservations department ONLY by email with your dates and gift voucher number at info@dhf.be.
Before your arrival:
Ensure that your gift voucher has been declared upon booking. Vouchers not declared in advance will be automatically refused at check-in.
Please bring your paper gift voucher with you; it must not have any handwritten annotations. If it is forgotten or illegible, it will be recharged upon check-in.
Please read all the information on this page the day before your stay so that you are kept informed. Conditions related to the health crisis, bad weather, etc. may change beyond our control.
Our conditions:
- All our gift vouchers are valid from 1st March 2026 (the date may be subject to change depending on quotas).
- The conditions «Valid weekdays, weekends, public holidays, eves of public holidays, Valentine's Day period, year-end holiday period» remain applicable despite the extension of the gift voucher.
- All goods purchased during Black Friday, Cyber Monday, the year-end holidays, or during a % sale are only valid from Sunday to Thursday (excluding public holidays, eves of public holidays, and school holidays, with the exception of the summer holidays).
- Vouchers cannot be accumulated or refunded.
- We accept a quota of 5 vouchers per day across all our internal availabilities for single, double, and family rooms (despite availability being present at the establishment).
- We accept one voucher per day across all our internal availability for superior doubles and suites (even if there is availability at the establishment).
- Given the high demand from our clients, we advise you to allow a 2-month lead time for booking your stay.
A voucher quota of two is accepted on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays (public holidays, eves of public holidays, school holidays) at the wellness centre to avoid overcrowding.
We have introduced a policy to ensure that all customers with gift vouchers are accommodated pleasantly, while respecting the capacity of our various departments, and for everyone's safety.
