Preamble
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all sales made via the Domaine des Hautes Fagnes website.
Orders
Any order placed on the website implies acceptance of these conditions. The Domaine reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute.
Prices and payment
Prices are quoted in euros and include current Belgian VAT. Payment is due when the order is placed.
Delivery
Delivery is made to the address indicated by the customer when placing the order. The Domaine cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery beyond its control.
Returns and refunds
Customers have 14 days in which to return a product that does not conform or that they no longer wish to receive. The return costs are at the customer’s expense.
Liability
Le Domaine is only responsible for the content of the site and the sale of products. It is not liable for any other disputes.
Force majeure
Le Domaine cannot be held responsible in the event of force majeure (strikes, natural disasters, etc.).
Personal data
Customer data is processed in accordance with the regulations in force in Belgium.
Applicable law and disputes
These GCS are governed by Belgian law. Any disputes will be referred to the Belgian courts.
