Would you like to book a wellness day without an overnight stay?

Yes, it is possible! Our wellness centre is open to everyone, whether or not you are staying with us.

Monday to Friday:

À la carte treatments are available with no minimum charge.
For spa treatments totalling €139 or more per person, access to the wellness centre from 9.00 am to 6.00 pm, including a bath set (bathrobe, towel, slippers), is complimentary.
Below this amount, access to the wellness facilities is available at a rate of €50 per person.

We recommend that you book a Wellness Day or put together your own personalised programme using our treatment menu (below).

Weekends, bank holidays and school holidays (excluding summer):

Wellness access without a treatment is not available on those days.
We recommend that you book one of our wellness packages or create your own bespoke day (minimum €139 worth of treatments per person).
As these periods are in high demand, bookings are subject to availability. Thank you for your understanding.

Children's access to wellness

Our wellness centre is open to everyone, including children, whether or not they are staying overnight.

Children under the age of 16 are welcome every day from 5 pm to 8 pm, provided they respect the peace and quiet that everyone is seeking.

- From 13 years old: 30 €
Kids" Massage (aged 3 to 13) – €49 per child
A gentle break specially designed for our youngest guests.
This 20-minute relaxing massage, focusing on the back, offers them a moment of calm and well-being in a safe environment.

Facial treatments

A Kobido Japanese facial treatment session is a relaxing and soothing experience that primarily focuses on the face, neck, and décolletage. It is carried out using fluid and precise movements, including gentle pressure, effleurage, kneading, tapping, and smoothing. The practitioner concentrates on different areas of the face, targeting specific muscles and acupuncture points. The Kobido also aims to stimulate the facial acupuncture meridians, based on traditional Chinese medicine, in order to promote energetic balance.

Body massages

Deep-tissue massage reaches the different layers of the muscles by working on the tendons, ligaments and fascia (the tissue that surrounds and runs through all the muscles in the body) to relieve and release muscle tension; this massage is designed to be slower and more targeted.

It is adapted according to each patient. Depending on the areas to be worked on, the practitioner can then use their fingers, hands, fists, elbows, and forearms. Please note that just because the massage is intended to be deep and intense does not mean it is painful!

🧘‍♀️ Comfort and relaxation at the wellness centre

To ensure that your visit to the Vita Natura centre is as pleasant as possible, we would be grateful if you could follow these guidelines:

Swimwear
: Swimsuits must be worn in all facilities (swimming shorts, one-piece or two-piece swimsuits are permitted). For hygiene reasons, full-body wetsuits are not permitted.
Wellness bag (bathrobe, slippers, towel)
Essential for your comfort and required when moving around the hotel. This bag is included when you book a treatment or a wellness day.
Rest
areas Our sun loungers are available for anyone to use, on a first-come, first-served basis. Please do not keep them to yourself and remove your personal belongings when you step away, so that everyone can enjoy them to the full.
Dress
code: Nudity is not permitted within the wellness centre, including in the saunas. Please keep your swimwear on at all times.
Trattoria Filomena
is open to guests in their bathrobes between 11.30 am and 6 pm. For everyone’s comfort, we ask that you keep your bathrobe fastened and wear your slippers whilst in this area.
Smoking
area: There is an outdoor area designated for smokers near the trattoria and the terrace. We ask that you limit your smoking to this area and help to keep the area quiet and tidy.
Courtesy & sharing of facilities
Please vacate the facilities (saunas, steam rooms, Nordic baths, jacuzzis, etc.) after 15 minutes’ use, so that all our visitors can enjoy them in turn.
Silence & tranquillity
The Vita Natura centre is a place of calm. We ask that you speak in whispers in the wellness areas so as to preserve everyone’s peace and quiet.
