Our chef Marco, originally from Tuscany, brings with him the recipes of his nonna and a know-how handed down from generation to generation. His culinary philosophy is based on three fundamental pillars:
- The impeccable quality of our products, with ingredients imported directly from Italy (olive oil, Parmesan, Parma ham, etc.) or sourced locally whenever possible.
