- You are reliable, welcoming and ready to offer quality customer service.
- You are not afraid of great flexibility and can easily adapt to variable working hours, including evenings and weekends.
- You have experience in a similar role or a strong motivation to learn.
- Organisation and management of administrative tasks are qualities you hold dear.
- You have excellent communication skills, both in French and English (knowledge of other languages is a plus).
- You know how to work autonomously while being able to collaborate effectively with a team.
- You have a good command of IT tools and hotel management software.
